HISTORY
AqVida Gmbh (Ltd.Co.) is a German company that was founded in 2003 with offices in Hamburg in the north of Germany. Starting from scratch, the company has since been expanding its business at constant high growth rates. In 2006 AqVida initiated the development of its first own product, Filgrastim, receiving a registration in Russia in early 2008 and in Mexico some months later.

In 2008 AqVida received the status as ‚Pharmazeutisches Unternehmen‘ (Pharmaceutical Company) from the German Health authorities. This allows to hold registrations for pharmaceutical products and to market them under its own brand. The headquarters in Hamburg are supported by satellite offices in Hangzhou, China, and representative offices in Russia and Mexico.

A couple of strong cooperation partners in the respective countries enable the company to diversify its operations in well regulated markets with slower growth rates as well as less regulated and emerging markets with high growth rates. Top
